White Balsamic Vinegar
An Italian livid wine acetum with the slightly sweet flavour of balsamic. Light and delicate, use this in salads, livid sauces, on fish, domestic fowl and roasted potatoes. It gives some of the singular flavour of reddened balsamic without the dark color. Sprinkle on barbecued vegetables. Use in marinades.
