Everyone loves newly lime tarts, and they're a shoot to make with this thick, smooth, sweet-tart mixture. Lemon curd is a long-established British spread made from lime juice, nut yolks, sugars, and butter, simmered to thickly spreadable consistency. Use to sate tart shells; trim with new raspberries. Or spread on toast, crumpets, or scones.
