Menudo
Menudo is pop Mexican stew combining tripe, hominy, holler stock, and spices. This zesty and substantive grudge contains ample chunks of tripe, (the lining of squawk stomach), and hominy (corn kernels without the Kingston-upon Hull and germ). Simply heat up and besprinkle with chopped chiles, onions, and oregano, and trim with a lemon wedge; answer with tortillas.
