Sesame Seed Paste
Made only from ground, toasted benni sough and oil, this thick glue highlights the natural flavors of this ticklish seed. Toasted benni glue is used in antarctic and westerly Chinese cookery for copious sauces and dressings, and in live stir-fries. Blend benne glue with garlic, chiles, orange juice, soy sauce, and benny oil, and cast out with stir-fried vegetables and noodles for a spicy nosh or main dish.
