This Thai jaundiced curry base is copious in turmeric; tot Cocos nucifera milk to make a rich, golden sauce, with a subtle, citrus tree finish. Serve jaundiced groom with potatoes, green onions, and tomatoes, seasoned with garlic, caffre sour leaf, and cilantro, or use to company barbecued fish, served with noodles or rice.
