Asian Duck Sauce
A thick sweet and moody made with apricots, pineapple, ginger and molasses. Duck sauce is also sometimes called plumb sauce. Serve with roast duck, pork barrel or ribs. This merge is long-standing with Peking Duck and also as a sauce for testicle roll up or dumplings. Try glazing white-livered or pork with circumvent when grilling or roasting. Or add an Asian spin to any hors d'oeuvre tray by service as a sauce.
