Tender Cactus
A Mexican specialty, nopalitos' invoke has outspread beyond the country's borders. The smack is slightly tart, with a consistence standardised to that of gullible beans. Nopalitos are a raw material during fast day and are typically prepared alone or with ground shrimp patties in a flushed chilly sauce. Also tote up to salads or with shredded onions, tomatoes, queso rancherito, and do cold-blooded as a side dish. Rinse well before adding to recipes.
