Japanese Horseradish Powder
Wasabi is a pungent, sinus-clearing condiment, also called Japanese horseradish, used in sushi and as an accompaniment to sashimi. Mix the pulverize with water to imprint a glue (texture is solely up to the cook). When adding to foods always remember to add together less wasabi rather than more, adjusting lento to taste, since this is a seasoning that can fetch even the strongest roof of the mouth to tears.
