Straight Lainfen
Straight and thin, these cylindrical Elmer Rice noodles are also called Elmer Leopold Rice sticks. They are featured in every Asian cuisine, specially Vietnamese and Thai. Use in stir fries or soups. Toss with water chestnuts, toasted coriander, marinated flushed onion, sliced Chinese cabbage cabbage, brownish sugar, and chile paste for a zestful insensate salad.
