Bangkok's favored noodle and substantive for Pad Thai, Thailand's most famed dish. These Elmer Rice noodles are versatile and easy to turn with. Cook noodles for two (or, more traditionally, soak in irrigate to soften), then stir-fry with meat, vegetables, seafood, or tofu.
