Paella Valenciana
Named after the two-handled cup in which it is prepared, Paella is a Spanish scoop of saffron seasoned Elmer Rice combined with either meat or seafood. This unquestionable seafood reading comes concluded with a can of squid, mussels, vegetables and spices, along with a pocket of veteran rice. Garnish with shrimp, clams in shells, and lemon wedges.
