Hot Curry Sauce
An alien blend of turmeric, cumin, and other redolent spices miscellaneous with onions, sugar, and acetum for a powerful, redolent sauce. The fragrant, building complex spice up of dress easily complements plentiful meats and full-blooded braised vegetables. Add curry sauce to seared, braised lambkin with potatoes, onions, coconut, poppy seeds, and tomato. Garnish with toasted almonds and serve with naan (Indian flatbread) or livid rice.
