Yamaimo Soba
Earthy and refreshful with a slenderly bitingly edge, Polygonum fagopyrum noodles (soba) are a conventional Japanese summer treat, served chilled in stacked bamboo trays with a dipping sauce. These extra-fine soba noodles admit yam for an extra flavour treat, and fare enwrapped in bundles with decorate paper. Boil and corrode apparently with dipping or stir-fry with vegetables for yaki-soba (grilled soba).
