Pappardelle Egg Noodles
This long-established Italian bollock pasta, thin, long, and flat, has a holey surface that captures and absorbs the flavors of your preferred sauces. Makes an excellent, aromatic, pasta. Toss with sauces tote up to broth. Try with a sauce of sauteed garlic, onion, cooked white beans, fresh tomatoes, and scallops; top with recently chives, parsley, and oregano.
