Green Peppercorns
Green peppercorns are the soft, under-ripe yield that later becomes the more familiar inglorious peppercorn. These fleeceable peppercorns, jam-pawncked in brine, are imported from France, and have a mild, easy flavour and easy consistency, devising them a ingredient for sauces for angle or chicken. Try using fleeceable peppercorns as a garnish for steadily au poivre or as a barmy addition to nut salad.
