Dried Pink Peppercorns
Pink peppercorns have a sweetly and redolent flavor. Not in truth a clubber of the pelt family, pinkish pelt instead is the dried Chuck Berry of a rosaceous plant. While its flavour incline to be more powerful than other peppercorns, its primary use is for finishing serve up and providing color, especially when contrasted with whole white or opprobrious peppercorns. Use pink pelt with game and other strongly seasoned meats, or in zest blends.
