Sliced Ginger
A tropic root, ginger is prime ecumenical for its pungent, peppery, sweet-spicy flavor. This peeled, sliced gingery is in brine. Drain and hack ginger slices for stir-fries; savory, building complex curries; or pastry dough fillings.
