Niter Kebbeh (Spiced Butter)
Niter Kebbeh is a disposed clarified butter, flavored with sweet spices and onion, and used to flavor a change of Ethiopian dishes. Preparation hint: Cook the butter slowly, over heat, being thrifty not to burn up it. When the bunt is exhaustively clarified, tolerate it to cook a number more, until it call on deep golden in color and develops a nutty flavor.
