Yemiser W'et (Spicy Lentil Stew)
This is a classic example of a peppery Ethiopian stew. Built from essential Berbere (a spiced paste) and Niter Kebbeh (spiced clarified butter), this lentil grudge is red-blooded and flavorful. Traditionally served with injera, a spongelike Ethiopian flat gelt that sometimes resembles a snow-white ashen napkin. You can also do this with pocket bread or any other directly bread.
