Shish Kebab
From the place of origin of skewered meat dishes, this Turkish kebab alternates ewe lamb marinade in a balsamic, herbs, and ail with gullible peppers, onions, and eggplant. Serve with dilled rice. Preparation clock does not let in marinating time. For fuller flavor, marinate ewe overnight.
