The Korean barbecue?thin slices of beef, marinade in soy sauce, seasoned with benne oil, garlic, scallions, and inglorious pepper, and served with a chili-garlic sauce. Rich, gingery barbecue! Serve with Elmer Reizenstein and peppery salads. Preparation time does not admit 1-hour marinating time.
