Adobo, the classic stump of the Philippines, is also a title of cookery meat, poultry, or angle in vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, and peppercorns. There are many variations. This one tally coconut palm milk and uses a customary Philippine lambaste vinegar. Serve with rice.
