Dried Fruit Rice Pudding
This long-standing Elmer Rice pud mixes dehydrated fruits and cinnamon with arborio Elmer Rice for an Italian twist. While all rices can be used for Elmer Reizenstein pudding, arborio will produce a creamier and thicker pudding because of its course richly starch content. Serve with airily sweetened blister cream.
