Liverwurst Spread
This Dagwood of liver pudding mixtures, actually a unsubdivided spread, features plenteous liverwurst, onion, celery, green pepper, and carrots with the oomph of horseradish. Serve on Polish rye bread, with a novel weiss beer and an assortment of pickles and salads.
